i'm afraid that i'm just not going to use this thing. opera 9.01(or anything as far as i can tell) and vox are not meant to be and i see vox making no effort to
improve that situation. which blows and is pretty poor ... i dunno what. just annoying.

compose is just broken. broken broken broken and there's no denying it. text does not wrap. i have to make a hard 
return with every line. and with every line when i hit the space bar to go onto the next word the cursor jumps to the
beginning. yeah.... FUN.

you see? you can't even see half of what i wrote!!! >:(

Desk

since i don't have a desktop or wall calendar, i just did like many and took a photo of my desk. yes... it's a mess.

clockwise: blue balloon, left speaker, monitor, red asian jewelry thing which i know not what to do with it since i own no jewelry, japanese calligraphy set with a stained glass candle holder on top that glenn gave me ages ago, a brass pumpkin oil warmer (woo!), right speaker, pumpkin w/ oils in front of it (see photo yesterday), nohohon, antec sonata computer case with posable frankensteins on top, yellow notepad w/ movie on top (try to guess which. haven't watched it in aaaaages), halloween coffee mug with my mate latte in it, red pen, and various scraps of paper.
note the hot babes in the background. :)

Corner

well, halloween IS my favorite holiday/time of the year. so i've got the pumpkin, some sniffies (NOT bpal, just some room sniffies from bath & body works), and a little halloween kitty toy that i got years ago at target. the crown is just some silly thing i picked up at work last week when we had our quarterly b-day shindig. i also got a purple sparkly wand since july b-days were included. ooooh. so i added the crown and made my own pumpkin king. ;)

oh lj... why can't you have something akin to vox hunt. it's really all i like. maybe i'll just steal the idea for over there. heh.

well, i figured that i would play along. nothing very exciting, but i don't necessarily like carrying a lot in my pockets. just my keys and my key card to work. kinda boring.

Pockets

i thought that i would try vox just to see what it offered from the stand-point of not being lj. i don't see myself sticking to it as i already can tell how user unfriendly it is w/ opera. and anything that doesn't work in opera i immediately write off. just the fact that i had to open ie to write this is irritating me.

soo..... sorry, vox.

we'll see.
